Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  3. Cut each sheet into squares.
  4. Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Meanwhile, heat the beef broth with Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  10. Serve the baked squares with the warm broth for dipping.
