- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut each sheet into squares.
- Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat the beef broth with Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
- Serve the baked squares with the warm broth for dipping.
