  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pancake mix, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
