- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the beef chuck roast in a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded beef with the juices in the dish.
- Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.

- This dish can be made in a slow cooker as well.
