Description

Easy Pulled Beef is a simple and tasty dish that you can prepare for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the beef chuck roast in a large baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  7. Remove the beef from the oven and shred it using two forks.
  8. Mix the shredded beef with the juices in the dish.
  9. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
