Description

This easy chicken pot pie casserole is a comforting dish that combines tender chicken, vegetables, and a creamy sauce, all topped with flaky biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (biscuits) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
