Description

A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu using Earl Grey tea.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed Earl Grey tea, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew the Earl Grey tea and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled tea.
  6. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat the layers with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

  • Use strong brewed tea for more flavor.
