Description

A comforting chicken and stuffing casserole that is easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the prepared stuffing on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
  • Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
  • For a creamier casserole, add more cream of chicken soup.
