- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the prepared stuffing on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
- For a creamier casserole, add more cream of chicken soup.
