Delicious peanut butter sandwich bars inspired by Disneyland treats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Add rolled oats and stir until evenly mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut into bars and serve.

- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
