Deviled Eggs with Hot Dogs

Description

A simple and tasty twist on traditional deviled eggs by adding hot dogs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 hot dogs, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and let them cool in cold water.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add the chopped hot dogs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • You can add chopped pickles for extra flavor.
