- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and stir until blended.
- Slowly mix in the milk, shredded coconut, and flour until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- This pie can be served warm or chilled.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
