Description

A simple and delicious crustless coconut pie that is easy to make and perfect for dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and stir until blended.
  4. Slowly mix in the milk, shredded coconut, and flour until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
