Ingredients

- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 jars (24 ounces each) marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add marinara sauce to the meat mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In the crockpot, layer half the ziti, half the meat sauce, and half the ricotta mixture.
- Add half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pasta is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
