Instructions
- Prepare the crockpot by lightly greasing the inside with cooking spray or oil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the fresh pineapple chunks at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets on top of the pineapple chunks.
- Drizzle the teriyaki sauce mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and pineapple, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
