  • 4 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crockpot by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Layer in the diced or sliced peaches, folding them gently into the mixture.
  5. Scatter small pieces of unsalted butter over the top.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir the oatmeal once cooked and add a splash more milk if desired.
