Ingredients

  • 4 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the nectarines by washing, pitting, and slicing them into wedges. Place in the crockpot.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: rolled oats, sliced almonds, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until coated.
  4. Assemble the crisp by sprinkling the oat and almond mixture over the nectarines in the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until the nectarines are soft and the topping is golden brown.
