- 4 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the nectarines by washing, pitting, and slicing them into wedges. Place in the crockpot.
- Mix the dry ingredients: rolled oats, sliced almonds, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients: melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until coated.
- Assemble the crisp by sprinkling the oat and almond mixture over the nectarines in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until the nectarines are soft and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for up to a month in a freezer-safe container.
