Description

  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting them into evenly sized chunks.
  2. Add the potato chunks and garlic cloves to the crockpot, then add cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper, cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
  4. Once cooked, mash the potatoes and garlic mixture until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning as needed.
