Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting them into evenly sized chunks.
- Add the potato chunks and garlic cloves to the crockpot, then add cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper, cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
- Once cooked, mash the potatoes and garlic mixture until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning as needed.

- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt.
- Swap heavy cream for milk or a non-dairy alternative.
