  • 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper or directly into the crockpot. Shape it into a loaf form.
  3. Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to low heat. Cook for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  4. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the meatloaf and allow it to melt.
