Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Mix the fajita seasoning with olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Layer the sliced chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the sliced bell peppers and onions.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken if left whole and mix everything together before serving.
