- 500 grams boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 250 grams penne pasta (about 8 ounces)
- 240 ml Caesar dressing (1 cup)
- 225 grams cream cheese (8 ounces), softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
- 480 ml chicken broth (2 cups)
- 30 grams fresh parsley, chopped (1/4 cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the crockpot and mix well.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Spoon the creamy chicken Caesar pasta into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of Caesar dressing.
- If gluten-free, opt for gluten-free pasta.
