A creamy and comforting Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini dish that combines tender chicken, cheese tortellini, and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 12 oz cheese tortellini (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and season with black pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
- Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the cheese tortellini and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- For freezing, do so before adding the tortellini.
