- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the crockpot, combine the browned beef, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot, ensuring it is submerged in the sauce.
- Cut the softened cream cheese into cubes and place it on top of the pasta mixture without stirring.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 4 hours or on high for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
