Description

A hearty and creamy pasta dish made with beef and ranch seasoning, cooked slowly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta shells
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add the ranch seasoning, beef broth, and uncooked pasta shells to the crockpot.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  7. After 4 hours, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  8. Serve warm.
