A hearty and creamy pasta dish made with beef and ranch seasoning, cooked slowly in a crockpot.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups uncooked pasta shells
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add the ranch seasoning, beef broth, and uncooked pasta shells to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
