  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
