Description

A delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors, these Crockpot BBQ Peach Ribs are tender and juicy, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pounds of beef ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1 cup of peach preserves
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the beef ribs and rinse them under cold water.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl and rub it over the ribs.
  3. Combine peach preserves, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl, reserving 1/2 cup for later.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs in the crockpot, pour the sauce over them, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F to retain moisture.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce before cooking.
