Ingredients

- 2 to 3 pounds of beef ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
- 1 cup of peach preserves
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the beef ribs and rinse them under cold water.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl and rub it over the ribs.
- Combine peach preserves, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl, reserving 1/2 cup for later.
- Place the seasoned ribs in the crockpot, pour the sauce over them, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F to retain moisture.
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce before cooking.
