Description

A simple and flavorful recipe for Crock Pot Korean BBQ that brings the taste of Korean cuisine to your home.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef brisket, sliced
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place sliced beef brisket in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef in the Crock Pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. Once cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
