Description

A creamy and cheesy dip made with ground beef, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to a crock pot.
  3. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add jalapeños.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated.
