Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry mozzarella sticks in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix sour cream with ranch seasoning to create the creamy dip.
