Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry mozzarella sticks in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sour cream with ranch seasoning to create the creamy dip.
- Serve mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and creamy dip.
