Description

A refreshing and spicy salad with crispy rice and gochujang dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Add diced cucumber, shredded carrot, diced bell pepper, and sliced green onions to the rice.
  4. Pour the gochujang mixture over the salad and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

  • Use leftover rice for a quicker preparation.
