Description
A refreshing and spicy salad with crispy rice and gochujang dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add diced cucumber, shredded carrot, diced bell pepper, and sliced green onions to the rice.
- Pour the gochujang mixture over the salad and toss well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

- Adjust gochujang to your spice preference.
- Use leftover rice for a quicker preparation.
