Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into strips.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each fish strip in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish fingers until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

- For a healthier option, bake the fish fingers in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
