Description

Crispy Fish Fingers are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for all ages.


Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into strips.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each fish strip in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the fish fingers until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, bake the fish fingers in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
