Description

Creamy Vanilla Quinoa Pudding is a healthy dessert made with quinoa, milk, and vanilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine quinoa, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until quinoa is cooked.
  5. Stir in cinnamon if desired.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
