Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine quinoa, milk, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until quinoa is cooked.
- Stir in cinnamon if desired.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
