Description

Creamy Spicy Lobster Pasta is a rich and flavorful dish that combines tender pasta with succulent lobster in a spicy cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
