  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
