- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve warm.
