Description

Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti is a rich and flavorful pasta dish that combines the earthiness of mushrooms with a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
