Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chopped apples and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until apples are soft.
