- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
- Add jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of jalapenos to control the spice level.
- For a smoky flavor, add some smoked paprika.
- This dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving.
