Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with cream cheese and jalapenos.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapenos to control the spice level.
  • For a smoky flavor, add some smoked paprika.
