Description

Crab Crescent Bites are savory appetizers made with crab meat and crescent roll dough, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
