Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cover until cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.
