  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the butter mixture over them.
  5. Toss the wings until they are fully coated.
  6. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
