- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter and mix well.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the butter mixture over them.
- Toss the wings until they are fully coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
