- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and corn syrup to the melted butter, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the cornflakes and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cornflake mixture.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
