Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add brown sugar and corn syrup to the melted butter, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cornflakes and mix until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cornflake mixture.
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
