Description

Crispy chicken tenders coated in a flavorful Cool Ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups crushed Cool Ranch tortilla chips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix crushed Cool Ranch chips, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the chip mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the tenders.
