- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups crushed Cool Ranch tortilla chips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Cool Ranch chips, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each chicken tender in the chip mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the tenders.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
