A creamy and sweet dip inspired by coconut cream pie.

- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in shredded coconut and whipped topping.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve with graham crackers or fruit.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of coconut cream.
- Garnish with extra shredded coconut if desired.
