Description

A creamy and sweet dip inspired by coconut cream pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream and cream cheese.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded coconut and whipped topping.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with graham crackers or fruit.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
  • For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of coconut cream.
