Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and sliced bananas, cooking until caramelized.
- Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Serve chia pudding topped with bananas foster.
