A deliciously moist banana bread with a crunchy cinnamon topping.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Mix in the melted butter.
- Add the baking soda and salt, then mix.
- Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread can be frozen for up to 3 months.
