A moist and flavorful banana bread topped with a cinnamon crumb topping.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Add baking soda and salt, mix well.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for the crumb topping.
- Pour the banana batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Use more or less cinnamon according to your taste.
