A festive treat made with chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup red and green M&M’s
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between.
- Add vanilla extract to the melted mixture and stir.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a large resealable bag or container with powdered sugar. Shake until fully coated.
- Add M&M’s and mix gently.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate if preferred.
- Feel free to add other holiday candies for variety.
