Delicious and moist chocolate peanut butter banana muffins.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of bananas.
