Description

Delicious and moist chocolate peanut butter banana muffins.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add peanut butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store muffins in an airtight container.
  • Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
  • Adjust sugar based on sweetness of bananas.
