Ingredients

- 2 cans of chili
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- In a baking dish, spread the chili evenly on the bottom.
- Add the sautéed onions and bell peppers on top of the chili.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place pieces evenly over the chili mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use vegetarian chili for a meat-free option.
- Top with sour cream or jalapeños for extra flavor.
