Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

  4. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds, cooking for 1 minute.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and vegetable broth, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Incorporate the cooked chickpeas, stirring to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
